Your Opportunity
We are looking for a Road designer who will be part of the Operation Traffic team responsible for executing and delivering the correct sketches for this task to the client and stakeholders.

This role is part of our Operation Traffic team in Alula, KSA.

Key Accountabilities Planning and design sketches of all types of roads, primary, secondary, and local Roads, parking layouts, pedestrian path, signalized and roundabout junctions, detour design, access, junctions, etc. Expert in road design with CAD. Road design modelling software by Civil 3D, inroads or Mx road will be preferred. Expert in road design with AASHTO, European and KSA design standards for roads, signs marking, detour design and work zone signing Perform road design sketches and able to review road design and drawings by others. Prepare road projects RFQ, tender documents and able to review tender documents. Take active lead and coordinate with team and other discipline members of the project team and Operation Department Conduct site visits to identify safety, efficiency and other design issues and provide design sketches solution

Specific Requirements Minimum 10 years in leading multi-disciplined Roads design teams and a proven trackrecord of Road Design best practices, preferably as project lead Holder of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution Training and development leadership experience is beneficial Record of engagement with a wide range of stakeholders and wider commercial and public-sector stakeholders Extensive experience of working in Middle East/KSA Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at an individual and team level
