**Position: Jr. Oracle MDM Developer**

**Experience: 4-8 Years**

**Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Application Design and Development**:

- Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to best practices and established development standards.
- Collaborate with senior developers and technical architects to translate business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions.
- **Programming and Technical Development**:

- Utilize your expertise in programming languages such as **SQL** and **PL/SQL** to build and optimize database queries, scripts, and procedures.
- Develop technical components using **Groovy** or other object-oriented programming languages to meet project needs.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
- **Business and Requirements Analysis**:

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and understand business and technical requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations during requirement analysis to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with project objectives.
- Develop technical design documents and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Project Lifecycle Management**:

- Contribute to all phases of the **Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)**, whether following waterfall or agile methodologies.
- Assist in project planning, including task estimation and effort tracking.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure successful project delivery.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven track record in designing and developing Oracle Utilities solutions for enterprise-level clients.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Strong programming knowledge and experience in **SQL** and **PL/SQL** for database development and optimization.
- Proficiency in **Groovy** or similar object-oriented programming languages for technical design and development.
- **SDLC Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with software development methodologies, including waterfall and agile project management approaches.
- Experience in delivering projects within structured SDLC frameworks.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and maintain a positive team environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- A solid background in business and requirements analysis, with the ability to interpret and transform business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
