Supply Chain Manager - F&B

(Riyadh-KSA)

Supplier Relationship Management:

- Handle all supplier communications and negotiations regarding product cost, quality, lead time,

payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Procure top-tier products at the most economically advantageous prices through effective negotiation

strategies.
- Negotiate prices, agreements, and contracts with suppliers to ensure optimal terms for the company.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Manage budgets and forecasts for the entire year, ensuring alignment with company goals and

financial targets.

Logistics and Freight Management:

- Work closely with freight forwarders and logistic companies to secure pricing on shipment

movements.
- Coordinate with local authorities for the clearance of shipments including LCL, FCL, and Courier AIR.
- Manage air, sea, and road shipments internationally and locally, optimizing costs and strategizing for

efficient transportation.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of warehouse including quality assurance, inventory control, space

management, logistics, shipping, and production.

Inventory Management:

- Implement periodic stock and inventory audits to enhance warehouse effectiveness and minimize

errors.
- Identify slow-moving or surplus stocks and take necessary actions to optimize inventory levels.

Product Development Support:

- Provide local support to R&D and product development teams in launching new products by ensuring

timely availability of materials.

Cost Control and Savings:

- Control spending with a focus on long-term savings on procurement costs.
- Plan and implement effective materials flow management systems to meet production requirements

and minimize costs.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate comprehensive reports for management, including current and aging stock details,

forecasting, and warehouse operations.
- Monitor and analyze current trends in the marketplace to inform decision-making processes.

Warehouse & Logistics Supervision:

- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse team, ensuring quality assurance, inventory control, space

management, logistics, shipping, and customer services.
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, maximizing

efficiency and managing overtime.
- Develop and implement SOPs related to warehouse and logistics operations to ensure consistency and

efficiency.
- Plan and monitor all distribution activities, including transportation management, to ensure timely

and efficient delivery of products.
- Maintain standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security within the warehouse and logistics

operations.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
