We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The Draftsman will collaborate closely with interior designers/architects to create accurate technical drawings and plans for various interior design projects. Your role will be essential in ensuring that our designs are executed flawlessly and meet the highest standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical Drawings**:

- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, plans, elevations, and sections of interior design/architectural concepts.
- Interpret and translate design concepts into comprehensive and precise technical drawings using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD ).

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with interior designers to understand project requirements, design objectives, and material specifications.
- Participate in design meetings to provide input and recommendations based on your technical expertise.

**Material and Finishes Selection**:

- Assist in the selection of appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures based on technical considerations and design requirements.

**Accuracy and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all technical drawings adhere to industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain the accuracy and integrity of project documentation.

**Project Documentation**:

- Maintain organized project documentation, including revisions, updates, and drawing archives.
- Generate and update schedules, material lists, and other project-related documents as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 5 + years Proven experience as a draftsman in the interior design or architectural field.
- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, 3ds max, and other industry-standard tools.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to interior design is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team and meet project deadlines.

**Salary**: ﷼5,500.00 - ﷼6,500.00 per month
