- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and prioritize testing efforts.
- Identify, document, and track software defects in a defect management system.
- Analyze test results and provide meaningful reports to project stakeholders.
- Suggest and implement improvements to testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and latest testing tools and technologies.
- Collect and document Business UAT test scripts
- Coordinate and engage relevant Business and IT stakeholders for resources allocation; exercise participation and exercise validation activities including UAT
- Coordinate and engage Business Stakeholders for test preparation, test validation and collecting completed UAT test forms.
- Establish incident/issue reporting mechanism and command center during testing activities in conjunction with Incident Management.
- Develop Incident/Issues tracker.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in test planning, test design, and execution.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and test documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
- ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
