**Responsibilities**:

- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity.
- Assist with various HR operational tasks.
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Suggest and implement efficiency solutions for Human Resources tasks and procedures.
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Dealing with employee procedure in government sites (Qiwa - GOSI - Muqem - Mudad - HRDF).
- Works under supervision and guidance of a team lead/supervisor.
- Solves problems using standard procedures.
- Prioritizes and organizes work to meet deadlines based on supervisory guidance.
- Works well with others as a team player to achieve team goals.
- Accountable for individual results and impact on team.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Fresh Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
- Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Organizational skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.

**Job Type**: New grad

**Salary**: ﷼1,000.00 - ﷼1,500.00 per month
