**2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE**:
**Providing technical leadership in a particular mining discipline or function (e.g. blasting, roof bolting, etc), with strict adherence to safety and operational regulations, rules and procedures**
**3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:
**Qualification**:
**High School Certificate (Maths & Science)**
**Officially recognised competency certificate applicable to specific discipline/function (e.g. Blasting)**
**Post school qualification preferred**
**Experience**:
**10 Years Mining experience (6 Years practical experience in specific field)**
