**Purpose of Role**:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our brand presence and driving

growth through effective social media management, content strategies, and basic graphic design tasks.

This role will involve creating, curating, and managing published content across various platforms,

optimizing web content for search engines, and assisting in the creation of visual materials to support

marketing campaigns.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media management.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles and proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g.,

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma).
- Experience with social media analytics tools
- Highly organized and proactive
- Great communication skills (verbal and written)
- Arabic and English speaking

**Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities**:
1. Social Media Community Management, account management and Content Creation:

- Develop compelling and engaging content tailored to the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies.
- Ensure consistency in tone and style across all marketing channels.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social

media platforms.

2. Graphic Design Support:

- Assist in the creation of visually appealing graphics for social media, website, and marketing

materials.
- Ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines and convey the intended message.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals for campaigns.

3. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
- Generate reports on web traffic and engagement metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve marketing efforts.
- Create reports and analyze social media campaigns and adjust strategies based on findings.

4. SEO
- Basic knowledge of SEO tools
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Social Media Engagement: Track metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and overall

engagement rate.
- Content Output: Measure the volume and quality of content produced and its impact on

audience engagement.
- Graphic Design Quality: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visuals that align with brand

standards.
- Campaign Effectiveness: Assess the success of marketing campaigns through analytics and

conversion rates.
- Audience Growth: Track the growth rate of social media followers and website visitors.
- + (Plus) SEO Performance: Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and backlink quality.
