OD specialist will provide expertise related to talent management and development, succession planning, organizational assessment and design, performance management, research methods and design, assessment development, statistical analysis, and organizational change management.
Partners with other departments and external vendors to offer various training programs based on Training Need Analysis.

**Experience**:
- Training or Talent Development or Performance Manegement: 3 years (required)
- Masters in HR: 2 years (required)
