Job Title: Quality Manager

Job Summary

The first responsible for the quality of the products and services provided by the company

(restaurants and branches) in order to meet the requirements of customers. The Quality Assurance

Manager makes sure that operations are conducted in accordance with legal standards and approved policies and in a manner that meets the expectations of customers. The job also needs commitment and accuracy in dealing and monitoring the minute details. Therefore, the job requires

Comprehensive knowledge of potential and existing customers as well as competitors, and identification of raw material requirements.

Job duties and responsibilities
- Issuing regulations and instructions related to quality procedures and ensuring their implementation, in addition to working on developing and improving the procedures currently in place.
- Ensure that all requirements of the municipality and other authorities are applied within the company's restaurants and stores.
- Setting standards for cleaning operations and specifying specifications for hygiene materials used in restaurants and stores.
- Explaining the terms, policies and procedures of quality to employees and restaurant workers, training them on them and motivating them to work with them.
- Issuing a summary of reports of achievements and violations and how to address them and sending them to the senior management.
- Permanent supervision of storage conditions in warehouses, production operations, the cleanliness of the plant and its surroundings, and the cleanliness of workers, and verify their compliance with quality standards.
- Examine the raw materials imported to the laboratory and ensure the quality of the materials used and whether they match the specifications or not, and request health certificates for the materials used from the source.
- Ensure that the company obtains international and local certificates of quality.
- Develop effective quality control processes.
- Determining the requirements of raw materials and products provided by suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
- Oversee all product development procedures to determine error rate and quality standards.
- Supervising the approval or rejection of invalid products.

- Continuous evaluation of customers' reactions and their satisfaction with products and services.

- Setting standards for workers' housing in terms of design, cleanliness, the way workers are distributed in rooms, their number, etc....etc.

Job incumbent specification

**Education**:
Preferred to have Bachelor's degree in any related field

Practical experience:

- Practical experience in the job field is preferred.
- Previous experience in restaurants is preferred.
- Experience in how to obtain international and local certificates of quality and their requirements.
- Experience in the Saudi market.

Languages:
Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is preferred, both spoken and written.

Professional knowledge:

- Dealing with accuracy and assuming responsibilities.
- Be careful to follow up on the details and analyze the results.
- The ability to communicate distinctly with the work team.
- Possess organizational and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of quality control procedures, legal standards and municipal requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. key performance indicators (KPI)
- The high rate of customer satisfaction with the services and products provided.
- Planning to obtain an international or local certificate of quality.
- Commitment to the requirements of the municipality and the absence of any violations.
- Ensuring the training of restaurant staff and the extent of their implementation of the various instructions, policies and procedures.
- Accuracy of periodic reports submitted to senior management.
