Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g., detergents) and place orders when necessary.
- Responsible for all basic cleaning in the restaurant.
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand making sure using the correct & right amount of chemicals required.
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- To check & Empty Garbage cans every 1 hour or depending on customers flow to prevent trash overflow & odors.
- Clean garbage cans with water, steam & chemicals when needed.
- Contribute to the restaurant scheduled cleaning pullout.
- Maintain kitchen, back sink & overall restaurant work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Place clean dishes, cups, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas & ready for usage.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
