A leading FM Consultancy based in Riyadh, committed to delivering innovative asset and facilities management solutions, is seeking a highly experienced Maximo Consultant to join their team and lead in the implementation and optimization of IBM Maximo EAM Solutions for their clients.

**Position Overview**:
As a Maximo Consultant, you will be a key contributor to their clients' success by leveraging your expertise in asset and facilities management. Your role will involve implementing, customizing, and optimizing IBM Maximo EAM Solutions to meet the unique needs of their clients in Riyadh.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Maximo Implementation and Configuration**:

- Lead the implementation of IBM Maximo EAM Solutions for clients in Riyadh.
- Configure Maximo to align with clients' asset and facilities management requirements.

**Asset and Facilities Management Expertise**:

- Provide expert consultation on industry best practices in asset and facilities management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor Maximo solutions accordingly.

**System Integration**:

- Integrate Maximo with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as needed.

**Training and Support**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for client teams on Maximo functionalities.
- Provide ongoing support to address client queries and concerns.

**Customization and Enhancement**:

- Customize Maximo features to adapt to changing business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements to improve overall performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Asset Management and Facilities Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience with IBM Maximo EAM Solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of asset lifecycle management and maintenance processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
