QMS Specialist

Job Description Summary:
QMS Specialist’s mission is to protect and enable growth across the company, by monitoring the risk environment across the company and providing insights to enable effective risk management.

Work closely with teams and Senior QMS Specialists to achieve a strong control environment that enhances and protects organizational value.

Responsibilities : _Tasks Management: _
- Prepare audit reports to document audit scope, procedures, findings and recommendations.

Manage work requirements to meet assigned initiatives.
- Work closely with the Senior QMS Specialist to develop process maps and work instructions for various departments’ functions.
- Assess any new changes to existing processes to identify financial and operational risks before launch and recommend improvements.
- Revision of Process documents, process mappings, and forms of followed procedures and activities for various functions in concerned departments as complied with ISO 9001 clauses and standards.
- Problem Solving: _
- Strategic thinking to provide solutions in response to daily raised issues and problems.
- Utilize gathered information to study and improve the key variables affecting the Quality results.
- Coordinate effectively with concerned departments for the raised issues.
- Continuous Improvement: _
- Effectively support the company departments to overcome the quality issues found in their daily operations.
- Provide the needed training for quality procedures and standards where applicable to ensure they are well learned and understood.
- Look for quality periodic drops in both generated tickets (closed and pending) and calls made by the operation department and act accordingly.
- Develop long-term relationships with internal and external customers: _
- Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders within the organization and within SAMA.
- Develop a firm understanding of processes and procedures that govern the company interactions with banks and merchants.
- Develop excellent working relationships with all cross-functional teams within the company.

**Requirements**:

- Can work in a mixed, multi-national, multicultural working environment.P
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
- Can work well on high-pressure and fast-paced businesses with a mixed workforce.
- Overall 2 years working experience preferred 3 in the same field, preferable in banking and finance.
- Expertise in Retail/POS/Banking systems solid
- Result-oriented and have a passion for excellence.
- English Proficiency - Advanced
