**Responsibilities**
- Manage the Spare Parts & Assets Management Section by outlining a clear goal, strategies, plans and objectives to achieve the set Operation Efficiency target provided by the Technical Service Director.
- Implement the lean management system, Food Safety, GMP, 5S and Hygiene Standards and International standards to support continuous improvement to achieve small & incremental changes in processes in order to improve efficiency and quality in Spare Parts and Assets Management section.
- Coordinate with Finance team to release supplier’s payment to ensure uninterrupted delivery and Fixed Assets physical inventory process.
- Fixed Assets management for Operations in close coordination with Finance to control engineering Assets Store for idle assets and assets proposed for write off.
- Participate in OPEX M&R budget preparation, Analyse and track the budget linked with production volumes and share presentations/reports with management for decision making process.
- Manage inventory and Direct Expense Spare Parts as per requirement for Maintenance sections to control the M&R cost.
- Develop the best practice methods, SOPs and provide expert technical guidance to subordinates to deliver strategic goals for the business.
- Take initiatives to keep the overall inventory cost at an optimum level without compromising on availability of spare parts for assets maintenance to align with organization's strategic plan.
- Lead Crates Management Inbound, Storage and Outbound operations to as per defined SOP to control wastages and losses of crates.
- Ensure health, safety and environmental issues are prioritized and facilitate implementation of lean business strategy with continuous improvement to secure the safest working environment resulting zero major accidents.
- Evaluate the performance by measuring the set KPI’s of each member to ensure the effectiveness of the Spare parts & Asset Management section for the contribution to the overall performance efficiency of the Utilities, Facilities & Maintenance Department.
- Ensure that all subordinates have clear objectives, constructive and accurate performance feedback sessions formal annual performance appraisals, and individual development plans.
- Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation.
- Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.
