**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembly, installation, and repair of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water supply, and waste disposal systems for buildings. - Trains new workers. - Assist the contract management team to process the BoQs and bills for the relevant projects thereby verifying plumbing works. - Ensure that quality control and quality assurance procedures are carried out by the parties concerned at project sites and report any deviation in quality to Project Engineer. - Ensure that safety is being enforced by the project managers that maintained at project sites, contractors’ workmen i.e. use of PPEs, proper barricading & sign boards, extra caution to be exercised when work is in progress in sensitive areas. - Supervise/monitor the man-hours for different mechanical jobs and ensure that the same are within the budget/estimate and report discrepancies, if any, to the Project Management team. - Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports.
