Bim Modular Specialist

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the creation, development, and coordination of BIM models for modular construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate integration of designs.
- Manage and update 3D models, ensuring they meet the highest quality and technical standards.
- Oversee the implementation of BIM execution plans, workflows, and standards.
- Ensure project documentation is compliant with BIM protocols.
- Facilitate clash detection and resolve any design inconsistencies through BIM software.
- Provide technical support and training to the project team on BIM technologies.
- Coordinate with external consultants and contractors for successful project delivery.

**Required Qualifications**
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical
- 3+ years of experience working with BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Strong understanding of modular construction methodologies.
- Experience in managing and developing BIM models for large-scale construction projects.
- Solid understanding of clash detection, 4D simulation, and BIM coordination.
- Strong technical skills in drafting and modeling, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.

**Desired Skills**
- Experience with prefabrication and offsite construction methods.
- Knowledge of advanced BIM techniques and emerging technologies.
- BIM certification is a plus.

Pay: ﷼7,000.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per month
