**We’re looking for a Sales Representative**
**A bit about us**
**Main responsibilities**
- Closing sales targets
- Making daily outbound calls to leads
- Identifying sales funnel optimization and enhancements
- Conducting data entry and collection
**A day in your life**
- Manage the full sales process management from end-to-end by being the first point of contact for the customer, all the way to closing the sale:
- Reach and call parents and students in need of tutoring and explain how AlGooru and our service works
- Detect and understand the needs of our future students, pair them with the ideal tutor, and organize trial sessions
- Explore with customers in finding their ideal (individualized) tutoring package in order to unfold their full potential
- Own and achieve your monthly sales targets
- Conduct regular follow-ups with new and existing customers
- Conduct necessary follow-ups on outstanding payments
- Optimize our sales funnel recurringly by automation
- Decrease the average response rate to a user to make our responsiveness as fast as possible
- Collect, enter, and report data in a timely and efficient manner
**Requirements**:
**Experience needed**
- You have 1-3 years of experience in sales/telesales
- You have proactive sales skills _(you know how to sell a “need”, and not a “want”)_
- You are a native Arabic speaker
- You have good English communication skills
- You have 1-2 years of experience using CRM systems _(preferably: Hubspot)_
- General assessment form (5-10 minutes)
- Chemistry meeting (15-30 minutes)
- Technical interview (30-60 minutes)
