**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent from a reputable university
- At least 5 years’ experience in construction sites
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Excellent command of English
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations.
- Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behavior
- Proficient in MS Office suite

**Your Responsibilities**
- Responsible for testing & commissioning of substation products and partial systems at customers,
- Technical clarification with sub-suppliers, designer, and service providers
- Planning and developing site logistics with respect to installation/commissioning/construction works.
- Support project manager in risk and claim management.
- Control and monitoring site activities with respect to project plan
- Ensure quality on the construction site including non-conformance reporting (NCR)
- Supervise and lead a team.
- Preparation and submission of reports.
- Proper Handling of testing tools
- Awareness of EHS requirements in construction sites (i.e. Risk assessment, Loss prevention, Zero Harm, work in Hight, etc.)
