HSE Supervisor

The Safety Supervisor is responsible for the promotion of exceptionally safe teamwork with the operations teams stationed at customer work sites as well as central offices.

He assists in the resolution of safety issues and the performance of field safety assessments.

Location Jubail Position. Type Full Time.

- Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions
- Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work. Required Preferred Education.
- A Safety Supervisor has an Industrial Safety Degree.
- Experience Minimum 10 years’ experience of a refinery maintenance with safety area
- Technical Skills - A Safety Supervisor has an Industrial Safety Degree or significant experience in the Refinery. They are certified as a Registered Safety Professional or as a Certified Safety Professional. Safety Supervisors are certified Instructors of First Aid, CPR, etc. They are also computer proficient.
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
