Carpenter Foreman

**Job Summary**:
As a Carpenter Foreman in the wood industry, you will oversee and coordinate carpentry projects, ensuring that construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. Your role involves leading a team of carpenters, organizing work schedules, managing resources, and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction process.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and supervise a team of carpenters, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring that work is completed according to quality standards and project schedules.
- **Resource Management**: Manage resources, including materials, tools, equipment, and manpower, to optimize productivity and efficiency on carpentry projects.
- **Construction Activities**: Oversee carpentry activities, including framing, installation, finishing, and other woodworking tasks, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to ensure that carpentry work meets quality standards, specifications, and customer expectations.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe work environment for carpentry crews and subcontractors. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns or violations promptly.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget.
- **Communication**: Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and any changes or deviations from the original plan.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked by carpentry crews for project documentation and reporting purposes.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training, mentorship, and support to carpentry staff to enhance skills, promote professional growth, and foster a positive work environment

**Salary**: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
