Job Title: ERP Specialist

1. At least 3-5 years of experience of Odoo/IT Administration and development.

2. Good understanding of English speaking, reading & writing.

3. Minimum of Bachelor’s/CS/Engineering

4. Functional Python knowledge.

5. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

6. Strong Functional Knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming Concepts (OOP) and data structures.

7. Good understanding of Relational databases.

8. Working experience with relational database management systems (PostgreSQL,)

9. Good knowledge of business processes.

10. Experience in implementation of Odoo servers & databases.

11. Experience in data migration in Odoo.

1. Develop Odoo module and customization of existing modules.

3. Integrate Odoo with other business systems.

4. Maintain & customize Odoo addons

5. Create & customize PDF, Excel & Financial Reports

7. Odoo database & Modules migration.

8. Configuration (implementation) tasks.

9. Demonstrations and presentations on Odoo ERP System.

10. Follow up with the heads of departments to make sure that development is aligned with requirements.

11. Resolve the complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions through Odoo.

12. Understand the top management Vision and gathering the right requirements from meetings.

13. Channels meetings to understand their current technical environment, key business issues/drivers, and future technology requirements.

14. Training on Odoo ERP System & configuration.
Handle manager's requests regarding Odoo issues.

15. Follow up with departments according to the communication schedule.

16. Communicate as a first-line communication with the departments to handle the issues, requests and so on.

17. Demo and deliver customized solutions.

18. Perform the training sessions to the departments according to the training scope.

19. Document all his commutations and tasks according to the process internal system.

20. Test customized solutions according to the documented user stories.

21. Monitor and maintain networks and servers.

22. Upgrade, install and configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives.

23. Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.

24. Create user accounts and performing access control.

25. Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.

26. Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.

27. Develop data retrieval and recovery procedures. reporting systems.

28. First point of contact for any IT related issues.

**Experience**:

- Odoo/IT Administration and development: 3 years (required)
