The Role
Head Chef - (Remote, Dammam, KSA) Our client is a market leader in delivering first class Catering Services across multiple industries. They are currently seeking a Head Chef to join their team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Roles and Responsibilities: - Requisition / Delivery check-up daily. - Leadership, training gives to your Junior Sous Chef and senior supervisory level staff. - Weekly staff Hygiene Training briefs. - Supervise and participate in daily production - Daily production planning - Daily requisitioning from Stores, Pre-preparation, Hot & Cold experience with pastry knowledge - Quality check-ups. - Develop and implement recipes. - Participate in raw material evaluations. - Supervise and participate in preparation for food presentations. - Scheduling and vacation plan. - Communicate and hold regular meetings with Sous Chefs and supervisors. - Authorize overtime controlling.
