Jawraa, a leading Saudi Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Technician for our client's Public Investment Fund (PIF) 64 Billion SAR Culture and Tourism Destination Giga-Project in Riyadh.

As a Technician, you will be responsible for installing, fixing, and maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting user issues, manning the help desk, and ensuring the smooth operation of networks and computer systems. Your role is crucial in delivering high-quality technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Install and Fix Hardware and Software:

- Install and configure hardware components such as computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Ensure hardware and software compatibility and functionality.

Troubleshoot User Issues:

- Respond to user inquiries and technical issues promptly.
- Identify and diagnose hardware and software problems.
- Provide solutions and resolutions to user issues.

Help Desk Management:

- Man the help desk and provide technical support to users.
- Log and track user issues and resolutions.
- Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

Network and System Maintenance:

- Assist in maintaining networks, servers, and computer systems.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure data backups and system security protocols are in place.

Site Support and Delivery:

- Support site visits for equipment delivery and installation.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely equipment delivery.
- Ensure that installed systems meet customer expectations and requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certification in information technology, computer science, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical support roles, preferably in hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site support as needed.
