Bim Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced and dedicated BIM Manager to join our team. As a leading program management company in Saudi Arabia, JASARA PMC is committed to delivering social infrastructure programs that drive visible change within the Kingdom. As a BIM Manager at JASARA, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement BIM execution plans for projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM into the design and construction processes
- Manage and maintain BIM models, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and workflows
- Coordinate clash detection and model coordination activities
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Architecture
- Proven 15+ experience as a BIM Manager in 5 Star Hotels similar roles
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- Strong knowledge of BIM processes, standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred
