We’re hiring a talented LCPA [Lucid Customer Product Audit] Inspector. This role is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact to data quality and product quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct CPA [Customer Product Audits] in accordance with the CPA Corporate Procedure.
- Conduct daily electronic manual vehicle selection to assure sampling mix is consistent with daily production build.
- Track and audit special Glidepath, durability, and test vehicles.
- Communicate critical and ordinary audit conditions immediately to vehicle evaluation supervisor and quality/production teams.
- Provide first level review of audit conditions requiring clarification.
- Develop charts indicating performance to target and trend analysis.
- Handle maintenance and administration of CPA data measurement, collection and reporting system and equipment, report out and track any equipment issue.
- Review CPA data for complete/accurate and release audit results daily.
- Train quality/production inspectors on vehicle Inspection methods and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct daily vehicle reviews with plant teams.
- Provide training on new features, options, sales codes, and engineering changes to the inspection teams.
- Pass annual auditor certification.
- Conduct special vehicle studies to support root cause analysis and problem solving.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate CPA performance to appropriate team members.
- Monitor customer (TCF, BODY Paint) feedback monthly and in conjunction with quality engineering team, develop actions to improve as appropriate.
- Ensure audit standards updates are known, applied, and cascaded to inspectors.
- Perform yearly correlation with PDI inspectors.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or Industrial School graduate.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in automotive CPA process.
- Inspection and quality processes experience.
- Knowledge of engineering specs, standards, and build objectives.
- Assembly plant experience.
- Experience with Windows operating system and Microsoft products, corporate enterprise software (including AutoCAD) and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service skills, ethics, and communications.
- Detail oriented with strong record-keeping.
- Experience reading and understanding Operator Work Instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised, if necessary.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and people skills, comfortable presenting ideas and issues to peer groups and leaders.
- Positive energy and attitude.
- Must be reliable, have good initiative, be committed, and be quality focused.
- Flexibility to support any shift including day, night, and swing shifts, as needed. Weekend and holiday work may be required.
