**Requirements**: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA/QC leadership roles with a focus on hospitality projects and with a leading contractor in the region Must be based in the GCC and able to start as soon as possible Strong knowledge of quality control processes, procedures and tools Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and contracts Experience in project management and execution of hospitality projects Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and project teams Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools redfish solutions promote a culture where diversity is welcomed and celebrated.
