**Requirements**:
- ** Medical Degree**: Specialist Qualification in kidney transplantation Surgery
- ** Licenses**:Valid medical license to practice as a Vascular Surgeon in the designated location.
- ** Clinical Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of post-residency experience in Vascular Surgery practice, including surgical rotations, fellowships, or equivalent training.
- ** Surgical Skills**: Proficient in a wide range of vascular surgical procedures, including but not limited to endovascular interventions, open vascular reconstructions, bypass surgeries, thrombectomies, and aneurysm repairs.
- ** Patient Care**: Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on improving outcomes and quality of life for patients with vascular conditions.
- ** Diagnostic Expertise**: Proficient in performing diagnostic tests and interpreting results to diagnose vascular diseases, including arterial and venous disorders.
- ** Interdisciplinary Collaboration**: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including cardiologists, interventional radiologists, vascular technologists, and other healthcare professionals.
