Pizza Chef

**Billo Sher International Co. شركة بيلو شير الدولية** is a thriving restaurant corporation in Jeddah known for its delicious and authentic Charcoal Burgers and Pizza. We are currently seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team and contribute to the culinary excellence we pride ourselves on.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to menu specifications, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of pizza ingredients, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
- Follow established recipes and procedures to maintain the taste and presentation standards of our pizzas.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy periods.
- Assist in creating new pizza recipes and menu items to keep our offerings exciting and innovative.
- Handle customer inquiries and special requests related to pizzas, providing excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pizza Cook or similar role, with a strong understanding of pizza preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of various pizza doughs, sauces, and toppings.
- Ability to operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality culinary experiences.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Handler's Certificate is a plus.
