**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell hatch able eggs and day-old chicks across Saudi Arabia.
- Identify and target new customers, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in poultry farms, hatcheries, and related businesses.
- Establish long-term partnerships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- **Sales Operations**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for hatch able eggs and day-old chicks.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of sales orders.
- Provide feedback from customers to internal teams for product development and improvement.
- **Market Expansion**:

- Contribute to the strategic planning and market analysis for Zubair Feeds' entry and growth in Saudi Arabia.
- Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Utilize CRM tools and sales data to track and report on progress against targets.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Experience**: 5-8 years of proven sales experience in the poultry sector, specifically in selling hatch able eggs and day-old chicks.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the poultry farming industry, hatcheries, and the needs of poultry producers.
- **Contacts**: Established network of industry contacts within Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East poultry market.
- **Sales Track Record**: A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
