**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Implement a customer experience strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Address customer complaints and concerns efficiently, identifying the root cause of issues and implementing solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to customer experience unit head for further action
- Perform customer loyalty programs and initiatives to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
- Gather customer feedback through surveys and direct communication, reporting insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to address recurring issues and enhance service offerings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, particularly in relation to food handling and customer interactions.
- Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
- Stay current with product information and updates to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
- Prepare and submit reports to customer experience unit head on customer service activities, including performance progress, results of loyalty programs and initiatives, and customer complaints and issues.

**Required Educational Level**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field

**Required Experience**
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, customer relationship in food industry or any related field.
