Riyadh, Saudi Arabia King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre Full time

Assists the Director in directing activities overall Investigation Department.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provides administrative support to the Director in the daily operational activities. Coordinates the work of the Department and its sections.
- Plans, develops and handles special projects as required and directed by the Division’s Director.
- Supervises operations of the department as assigned. Works collaboratively with KFSH&RC Leaders/Departments to enhance organization effectiveness.
- Assists with review, revision, and implementation of departmental policies and procedures, and recommends changes in these as the need arises.
- Determines training needs. Assists with employee training and with orientation of new employees.
- Makes employment and hiring recommendations.
- Implements all prescribed investigation procedures.
- Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
- Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in Law or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
Three (3) years of related experience with Master’s, or five (5) years with Bachelor's Degree is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:
Saudi Nationals Only.
