Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role of IT Infrastructure Management Unit Lead based in Al Khobar.

Objective:

- Maintain overall standards and direction of architecture for environments and infrastructure domain within the IT Organization.
- Define infrastructure architecture guidelines, principles, policies, and procedures in the organization.
- Working with different stake holders closely to implement/manage IT Infrastructure projects and operations.

Duties Responsibilities:

- Management of IT infrastructure to ensure continuous functioning of systems.
- Vendor relationship management.
- Consultation with vendors and salespeople to discuss new products and upgrades.
- Administering end-to-end of project life cycle from the stage of initiation till monitoring control including - planning, estimation scheduling, working with teams, updating information to all stakeholders, integrating change control, planning risk responses and contingency planning.
- Provide comprehensive and up-to-date documentation and inventories of Network assets, Services procedures, and configurations to ensure that maintenance. and continuity of the Service is achievable in a timely manner which includes firmware upgrades, patch upgrade while maintaining mínimal downtime on the network..
- Managing of ticketing tools and SLAs.
- Manage Team of outsource people for daily Network and server operations.
- Coordinate with ISPs, outsource partners and OEMs for any escalations and have weekly or monthly review with them.
- Understanding and Managing the IT needs for Business-critical users/VIP users/HOD etc.
- Managing proper Site Induction, KTs, Attritions, hiring etc. for delivering the required Services.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
- 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure management.
- Infrastructure standards and frameworks.
- IT Policies.
- LAN & WAN systems.
- Data Center Operations.
- ITSM tools and technologies.
- Conferencing/collaboration tools.
- Innovate, collaborate and influence to drive continuous improvement and business development.
- Manage business stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Infrastructure administration.
- Maintain compliance and country specific regulations.
- Work with cross functional teams.
