Interactions with area supervisors in the plant, colleagues in production and service, and office personnel on a regular basis. - Authorized to perform Blasting and Coating - Authorized to sign off for Blasting or Coating - Troubleshooting coating or blasting Non-conformances - Teaching and coaching others in the dept. Subject Matter Expert in Coating and Blasting
