Experience:
5+ Years Business Development/Marketing & Sales Experience in Jeddah/Yanbu Region preferable with Construction Projects, Contractors, Owners, Hotel Operators, Industrial Plants.

Primary Functions:

- Pre-qualification/ Registrations with new clients.
- Visiting Client
- Achieving Sales Objective
- Reporting weekly Activities to M&S Manager
- Reporting on Sales Force
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements
- Preparation of Proposal and Support in Preparing the proposals

Technical Expertise:

- Knowledge of Quality and Safety related to projects
- Understanding of construction activities
- Knowledge of Hotel Sector

Business Requirements:

- Awareness of Western Region Market (Key Clients)
- Communication Skills, Presentation Skills and Negotiation Skills.
- Building Relationship with the Clients.
- Commercial Knowledge on Project Costing, Margins etc.
- Proposal Preparation Skills.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Be able to handle Challenging Situation with Positive attitude.
