**Responsibilities**:
Maintains the high standard of EHS requirements in CRU area and ensures safe performance by personnel in compliance with the company EHS policies and procedures.

Defines production plans and schedules to meet production goals. Manages the daily operations activities and performance of the personnel across the floor. Monitors closely the production budget and targets, actual vs achieved, and ensure the cost minimization.

Monitors the consumable orders which include coating products, process chemicals, packing material, safety items and other consumables and ensure on time availability. Ensures through production process that the finished product specifications are identical to the customer requirements.

Leads shift teams by examples and ensures an environment for continuous improvement involving all subordinates’ members. Providing leadership on their actions as well as coaching and performance management of both good and poor performance by individuals in CRU operations.

Implement good planning/scheduling for UBC and class 1 according to set standards to ensure on time delivery and meet customer satisfaction. Reviews, maintains, and executes SOP for relevant processes in production area based on best practices. Ensures support of maintenance team best practices in place to achieve high equipment availability.

Experience & Qualifications

8 Years of experience on related field

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
