**LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Work in direct contact with the RSAF IT specialist leading the GOLDesp system implementation within ASLMAS organization;
2. Liaise with RSAF GOLDesp operators and administrators as necessary to Ensure functionality of the GOLDesp for the CAMO needs;
3. Work in direct contact with the RSAF maintenance planning section supporting the technical questions that might arise during the implementation and operation;
4. Ensure that the aircraft logical structure in GOLDesp matches the actual aircraft;
5. Ensure that the aircraft technical status in GOLDesp matches the actual situation of the aircraft in terms of last performed and next due status;
6. Ensure that the aircraft technical status in GOLDesp matches the actual situation of the aircraft in terms of configuration;
7. Perform regular update of the aircraft defect status and unscheduled maintenance as follows:
- Open work orders for scheduled maintenance works;
- Create work packages for scheduled maintenance works;
- Close previously opened work orders and work packages based on received records for accomplished maintenance work;
- Maintain the installed component inventory in GOLDesp up to date;
- Identify discrepancies in the aircraft status in GOLDesp and general difficulties in using GOLDesp, report to CAMO Manager and propose corrective actions;
- Provide support for the aircraft defect control and unscheduled work entry in GOLDesp.
8. Perform other works as required by the CAMO and Engineering Manager.
**PERSON SPECIFICATIONS**:
Holding Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering.
- Must have good communication and negotiation skills in English language verbally and written.
- Should have good computer skills (ERP system)
- Organized, proactive and capable of implementing multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
- Analytical with problem-solving capabilities and objectives-oriented mind.
