**Description**:
**We are looking for a Product Manager with excellents skills in communication (Fluent in English) with strong experience in Commerce and Video Platforms integrated with learning paths.**

**Particular Responsibilities**:
**Lead development of a business plan for B2C portal (Shopify).**Maintain responsibility for the delivery of all new assets on a timely basis and manage QA processes.**Manage the implementation of the company's first ERP (Oracle) system and its integration with the front end and CMS (Strapi).**Manage and improve digital branding and e-Commerce customer experience for online retailers providing data storage, management, and protection.**Skill in HTML, CSS, search engine friendly schema write-up, and squeaky clean SEO practices.**Establish product information department, improving competitiveness and supporting e-Commerce initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and order conversion rate.**Basic knowledge in performing redevelopment of websites using HTML and JavaScript.**Direct addition of features and upgrades to the B2C website.**Collaborate with the web develop team to resolve site issues, enhance functionality to website & CMS.**Help diagnose, QA and resolve production issues as well as software bugs with developers.**Define and build reporting KPI's for management including updates and progress reports of all activities.**-
**Direct and monitor agency in charge of driving SEO / SEM results via KPI's, constant communication, and planning.**Establish marketplace acceptance through internet companies, retail outlets, and government public safety distribution channels.**Present actionable insights from analyzing online consumer behavior to senior level executives and stakeholders for business optimization and improvement.**Support overall online product presentation, including photography, copy content and other pertinent information cohesive with merchandising and marketing strategies.**Develop measurement and reporting that will enable tangible ROI analysis on all digital media efforts and communicate effectively to all management.**Establish and optimize database segmentation plans to maximize revenue and engagement while growing and maintaining the consumer database.**
