**Role Summary**:
The Department:
Within our Pattern Warehouse we are looking for an employee for 40 hours a week.

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:Activities**
- Management of the patterns (models for casting), at an external location:

- Handling requests from internal stakeholders regarding these patterns
- Validate whether a pattern is physically present and complete
- Prepare patterns for shipment on request & arrange shipment
- Administratively update and manage AIM system for ETL patterns
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders
- Deciding in consultation to keep or scrap patterns by means of consumption, quality, completeness & available engineering data
- Give new physical location to the patterns & change location in AIM
- Provide support to the casting buyers, especially with regard to AIM administration
- Manage and keep the external location in order
- Validate returned patterns on:

- Completeness based on experience per product category
- Status (location + quality) in AIM system
- Quality of the pattern

**Preferred Experience / Skills**:Your Profile**
- MBO work and thinking level, preferably in logistics
- Preferably some Years of experience in a similar position
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- You are precise, flexible, stress resistant, structured and you like to roll up your sleeves.
- Experience in working with a PC is a must, it is an advantage if you have knowledge of ERP
