QA/qc & Hse Director

Parsons is looking for a **QA/QC & HSE Director **to join our team

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Experience in managing all aspects of QA, QC & HSSE on projects or facilities.
- Extensive experience in implementing and managing QA, QC& HSSE training programs.
- Broad knowledge of engineering and construction systems, methods and work processes.
- Knowledge of QA, QC HSSE sciences/engineering systems, principles and methodologies.
- Extensive and demonstrated knowledge of national and international QA, QC HSSE laws/regulations and regulatory/resource agencies permitting processes and responsibilities, industry standards for HSSE compliance and best management practices for minimizing potential QA, QC HSSE impacts during project execution.
- Knowledge of technical terminology common to industrial hygiene, health physics, safety engineering, and environmental compliance.
- Expertise must have been gained from working for reputed firms.
- Must have led large QA, QC HSSE Section with top international firms an on prestigious projects.
- Ability to deal effectively with QA, QC HSSE matters with contractors/subcontractors or consultants during construction.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- A degree in engineering (or equivalent work experience) supplemented by relevant international certifications.
- Minimum 25 years’ experience in large-scale projects including having worked as QA, QC & HSSE Director on large-scale projects.
- Excellent English / Arabic written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.
- Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience).
