**We’re looking for a Tutor Sourcing Analyst**
**A bit about us**
**Main responsibilities**
- Sourcing, Screening and Vetting tutors
- Onboarding tutors and new joiners to the team
- Enhancing recruitment process
- Managing our master data set, developing reports and troubleshooting data issues
**A day in your life**
- Source, screen, headhunt and vet tutors
- Conduct assessments with potential tutors to assess their skills and experience
- Develop and maintain healthy tutor database
- Constantly enhance and optimize recruiting process
- Create, update and ensure a smooth Onboarding journey for tutors and new joiners
- Resolve day-to-day supply chain issues and promote operational consistency
- Ensure internal efficiency and reduce external tutors usage
- Collaborate with Tutor Support team to develop training materials for selected tutors
- Generate weekly reports on TC health from single or multiple systems and analyze them
**Requirements**:
**Experience needed**
- 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, screening and evaluating profiles
- Advanced skills in MS office or Google Suite
- Proven experience as a data analyst or in a related field
- Experience in Hubspot is a BIG plus
- General assessment form (5-10 minutes)
- Chemistry meeting (15-30 minutes)
- Technical interview (30-60 minutes)
- Technical assessment
