In this role you will be responsible for project delivery, design management & project management, for positioning and winning projects involving a range of services. The role will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for Jacobs to plan, develop, deliver and operate a range of projects.

We are currently recruiting for up to 4 Lifting Managers and Supervisors who are ideally available for an immediate start. These roles will support a giga program in Tabuk and we're ideally seeking individuals who are available to start immediately. You'll be working in a faced paced decision-making environment which requires a high level of competency and solid lifting experience in each of the roles.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Development and coordination of the program cranage / vertical transport requirements.
- Communicate company core values to project lifting team and supply chains
- Oversee the development and implementation of all cranage / vertical transport strategies on the program.
- Monitor the performance of all contractors on the program regarding cranage and vertical lifting operations.
- Provide guidance and steerage regarding lifting operations and challenges to identify optimum solutions to all stakeholders on the program.
- Build and maintain relationships with supply chains.
- Establish an onsite training for all lifting operatives to maintain a high level of safety standards.
- Manage / oversee and coordinate various lifting teams’ tasks and activities.
- Establish a policy / safe system of work of best practice regarding cranage and lifting operations.
- Monitor current lifting operations.
- Set up and ensure all parties are working to their current Safe Systems of Works (SSoWs).
- Create Work Package Plans for all vertical lifting
- Develop lifting standards and procedures for the program
- Find the right resources and outsource companies that are willing to be part of a DDP / environmentally compliant plant
- Design a strategy for all vertical lifting
- Create an off-site facilitation center to construct prefabricated components
- Design a logistic storage area to bring onto site all materials (just in time)
- Procure erection and dismantle teams
- Source maintenance teams for servicing and breakdowns
- Procure vertical lifting recourses:

- Tower cranes
- Crawler cranes
- Mobile cranes
- Gantry cranes
- Spider cranes
- Passenger hoist
- Goods hoists
- Support the on-going development of the site culture that puts safety at the forefront of our works and encourages the Supervisors and Operatives to plan the work in detail so it can be delivered safely.
- Set up onsite training centre (classroom based) for all crane operators and riggers (slingers) plant operators, compliance to KSA / Assessment carried out by Team (training for assessors on all plant and machinery.
- Lead-up any crane incident investigations and ensure a satisfactory incident report is produced.
- Consultation with other responsible bodies if necessary and ensuring that, where different organizations are involved, they collaborate as necessary.
- Ensuring that there is an effective procedure for reporting defects and incidents and taking any necessary corrective action and record these
- Implement project rescue plan in alignment with strategic lifting plan documentation.
- Build a team of personnel that will work alongside each other with their own ideas to ensure the project continues with progression.
- Liaise with the PMO/PMC teams and Planner to understand the look ahead programme and advise on hook time allocation.
- Driving proactively on the overall planning of consultant / construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
