**Position Objectives**:
The Senior Project Manager will provide full support to the Digital Transformation Program Manager in delivering project management services and ensure high-quality deliverables with exposure to a telecom infrastructure network and/or technology asset management fields.
He will act as the authorized representative between the Client and the Vendors for all aspects of his responsibilities in the Project and Work with the Program Manager to ensure project output is aligned with the overall program direction.

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
Guide the team and carry the responsibility for the task fulfillment and overall cross-functional activities related to the Program.
Work with Business and Technology teams to ensure business strategy and project requirements are understood, delivered, and signed off.
Work with key stakeholders to define activities to achieve and deliver the required output.
Develop and seek approval for project budget and business case.
Manage third-party system integrators.
Monitor and control all outsourced and internal resources and OPEX costs.
Maintain and update risks assessments logs.
Manage cross-functional project team requirements and align with program overall objectives.
Control project timelines and communicate changes appropriately.
Work with the program manager and vendors to establish comprehensive project Implementation functions and milestones, and monitor and follow up on all project-related implementation activities.
Demonstrable experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and teams.
Set objectives and priorities for the execution of project deliverables in line with the program objectives and the client's requirements.
Ensure appropriate KPIs are established to measure the project performance.
Track project KPIs and report to the Program Manager, Client key stakeholders. Highlight immediately any breach in KPIs and provide remediation and recovery plans.
Ensure that clear and explicit work processes and procedures are established and understood by all assigned parties and set up systems and methodologies to monitor the execution and performance of work.
Identify inefficient and costly practices and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and recommend improvements to enhance the project's performance and effectiveness.
Oversee preparation of regular and ad-hoc management project reports and ensure these are complete and fully cover all key project issues, including recommendations for improvements and changes, as necessary.
Assist the Program Manager with disputed issues across all running tasks and provide appropriate advice for the best resolution.
Assist with processing change orders through Scope Change management procedures.
Represent project Manager in meetings with clients and vendors when requested.
Ensure project outcomes and deliverables are documented, and forwarded to the Client in the required format, quantity, and quality.
Ensure timely and correct management-level presentations related to the project's progress, status, and risks.
Prepare alternative proposals for problem solutions and recommendations for decisions
Inform the Client in time and comprehensively about required modifications, deficiencies, and new procedures within the scope of work.
Demonstrable experience within telecom OSS industry best practice tools and processes. (desirable)
Having strong 3rd party management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Proven ability to manage dependencies and risks and hold suppliers/ vendors to account.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or telecom engineering.
Minimum of 15 years of telecommunication experience with at least 5 years in a high-level management position managing large projects and resources.
Extensive knowledge and professional experience in program/project management and delivery.
Formal certification in Project Management, with expert level knowledge in PMI/PMBOK techniques and methodologies is mandatory.
Proven / In depth technical knowledge, preferably certification of TM FORUM Frameworks.
Must be proficient with asset management, physical/logical/virtual inventory management, process re-engineering, change management and business digitization.

Proven strong experience and skills in large telecom projects with the latest technologies.
Knowledge of relevant technical concepts and their practical implementation.

**Essential skills**: Teamwork, Communication skills, knowledge transfer capability, Cross-functional communications skills, and Team building experience
Knowledge of the Arabic language would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English language.
