Manager Automation and Instrumentalization for one of the biggest Manufacturing Industry actor

Key Responsibilities

Inspection of Instrumentation and Automation Deliverables

Site Supervision for Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Instrumentation and Automation system

Reparation/review of MRO, Instrument datasheets for Pressure, Temperature, Flow and Level, Sizing of flow meters, Control valves, Shutdown valves and Pressure Relief Valves, Technical Bid Evaluation, Vendor document review of Mechanical skid packages, Turnkey PLC Instrumentation package and Software FAT of Package and Main process control system

Involved Engineering document preparation and review, Technical Bid Evaluation, Vendor document review, Inspection document review, Site Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Instrumentation and Automation Equipment for the projects undertaken during my tenure

Lead of EC&I (Electrical, Control & Instrumentation) scope within Projects.

**Responsible of Engineering for**: Feasibility, technical & cost oriented study, Basic and Detail Engineering.

Overall Interface for Industrial Digitalization design.

Allocation of Manpower for Operation and Maintenance

Planning for Shutdown Activities and Electrical & Instrumentation Spares

Trouble Shooting and up keeping the Electrical & Automation system and protection.

Provide technical assistance, guidance and coaching in troubleshooting instrumentation, DCS and operating parameters abnormalities.

Review the plant modifications for instrumentation system to maintain its high level performance.

Implementing the automation procedures to reduce number of manual intervention

Activities

Programmers team and automation engineers management

Development, support and maintenance of the Automation solutions delivered

Increase the automation manufacturing

Management projects, carry out technical analyses and complex developments

Implementation solutions support to the production site

Software testing, training? operational user support and technoligical monitoring

**Requirements**:
Engineer or Master graduation level, we expect general skills in computer science, good practices in software development (tests, simulation, documentation, continuous integration, etc.) and project management.

Equipped with relational skills and a good level of listening, you know how to simplify situations and demonstrate pedagogy with your different interlocutors.

Ideally knowledge in Automation (CellWorks, StationWorks, iAutomat, HSMS & SECS language).

At least 7 years of experience in industrial automation position

Fluent in English is required
