Ensuring the successful and effective management of the operations, along with managing the needs of the stakeholders. manage customer relations & pricing and space efficiently,
- Ensure that a safe and healthy work environment and that standards are always maintained on the Workshop site.
- Identify Service staff training requirements to meet the positions objectives, Develop the quarterly training planning for the Service Department, Ensure the completion of the defined training planning according to guidelines,
- Improve customer satisfaction and handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
- Interacts with the customers to understand their needs and provide accurate pricing and lead times for delivery.
- Efficiently manage the inventory of spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate procurement terms to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Provide daily reports on manpower overruns or shortfalls.
- Implementation and monitoring of the SOP process and overseeing it is being followed. And Design, manage and improve tactical and operational objectives.
- Review job work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented according to Service Workshop policies and procedures.
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way in line with the vision and mission of the brand.
- Monitor all facility conditions, vehicles, property, and equipment to ensure they are within standards for cleanliness, proper maintenance, and safety.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and implement best practices in the industry.
- Improve profitability of the operations through strategies covering pricing strategies, cost efficiencies, marketing, enhanced customer experience.
- Timely identification, assessment, and evaluation of risks to the operations and proposing recommendations for risk treatment.
- Oversee staff efficiency and ensure quality control after completion of work on customer vehicle.
- Review customers service orders and inspect the quality of a technician repairs before the release of vehicles (Quality Assurance)
- Implement and monitor service KPIs.
- Problem-Solve and resolve daily operational challenges through consistent monitoring to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations and standard operating procedures.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
