**JOB DESCRIIPTION**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic an **IT Administration **to maintain and manage the company IT infrastructure and provide technical support for end users.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting Network (switches, routers, cabling),
- Monitoring and managing Computers to make sure all are working efficiently
- Following security protocols to make sure no potential risks
- Check end-users’ computers and usage and make sure they are aligned with the IT policies
- Providing necessary training for end-users
- Provide Technical Support for all end users IT requirements as per Company IT Policy
- Install, maintain and manage Computers, printers, scanners, copiers, IP phones and any other IT devices
- Performing backup for end-users’ computers
- Creating trouble ticket for all IT issues and properly document the resolution
- Adding computers to domain and enrolling users
- Installing, upgrading, configuring software as per company objective and policy
- Keeping IT devices up to date and matching latest Vendor supported versions
- Keep proper records for all IT devices and proper IT related devices clearance
- Manage and maintain Employees door access cards
- Enroll and maintain employees’ fingerprints
- Perform scheduled IT assets inventory
- Configure, manage and troubleshoot the WIFI network
- Configure, manage and maintain Company Antivirus on Client Computers
- Maintain Company assigned IT related portals such as STC, Mobil
- Get quotes for IT purchases, and procure approved IT PO’s
- Cabling
- Troubleshooting and documentation
- Provide weekly/monthly reports as requested by direct manager and/or management
- Perform any other tasks assigned from direct manager and/or management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer related programs or high school diploma with MCSA and/or CCNA
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Solid computer skills
- Saudi national

**LOCATION**:
Eastern Province - Dammam
