**Paint Coordinator**:
This dynamic role functions as a central hub for Paint Coordinator activities between the Assembly, Stores, and Painting departments at our Emerson facility You'll be the bridge between these functions, ensuring a smooth flow of materials, efficient production processes, and timely completion of projects.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Production Planning and Scheduling:

- Collaborate with Assembly, Stores, and Painting leads to develop and maintain production schedules that optimize resource utilization and meet deadlines.
- Identify and address potential bottlenecks or delays in the production process.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to maintain efficiency.
- Material Management and Coordination:

- Work closely with Stores to ensure timely availability of necessary materials for Assembly and Painting operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders or transfers to maintain adequate stock.
- Facilitate communication between Stores and production departments regarding material needs and replenishment.
- Painting Coordination:

- Liaise with the Paint Shop to ensure timely completion of painting tasks according to Assembly work orders.
- Coordinate the flow of materials and parts between Assembly and Painting to prevent delays.
- Monitor and report on painting progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Assembly Coordination:

- Track assembly progress and identify any issues that might impact completion timelines.
- Facilitate communication between Assembly and Stores to ensure timely availability of required parts.
- Assist in resolving assembly-related problems and finding solutions for production flow optimization.
- Communication and Reporting:

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders involved in the production process (Assembly, Stores, Painting, and management).
- Prepare production reports and updates to keep everyone informed on progress, potential issues, and upcoming tasks.

**Who you are**:

- Proficient in using production planning software (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.

**For this Role, You Will Need**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production coordination role.
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and material management principles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- MS Office Skills

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:
Graduate in any discipline with minimum 2 years’ experience.
