The Cloud Platform team at Lucid is currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineering. In this position, the individual will be responsible for provisioning, maintaining, and supporting Cloud Platform Services to enable Lucid Motors' Cloud-based Applications to run on various public and private Cloud Infrastructure.**Responsibilities**:

- Provision, maintain and support Cloud Infrastructure by using IaC through Terraform, ClusterAPI, or other frameworks.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, ArgoCD, and Jenkins for various Data Platforms, Microservices, and Data Science MLOps.
- Deploy Docker Containerized services on Kubernetes using Helm installation.
- Manage the lifecycle of services such (but not limited to) EMQX, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Cassandra, MongoDB, Influx, and other Enterprise and OSS.
- Advocate a DevOps culture of automation, self-service, and engineering best practices to enable development teams.
- Provide leadership to the team in mastering technologies, identifying and implementing worthwhile new technologies, and improving our process.
- Participate in on-call rotation to support the production services' uptime.
- Requirements
- Communicate fluently in English and collaborate with members across geographical locations.
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, OR equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in SRE or DevOps Engineering.
- 3+ years of managing production-grade environments and supporting the uptime and lifecycle of the services.
- 1-3 years of experience using Cloud Automation tools such as Terraform, Cluster API, or other frameworks.
- 1-3 years of experience in Programing or scripting languages using Python, Go, Bash/Shell, or others.
- 1-3 years of administrative operations knowledge in RDBMS such as Postgres and no-SQL such as Cassandra, MongoDB, or others.
- 1-3 years of experience with tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, Artifactory, etc. to build automation, CI/CD, Self-Service pipelines.
- Knowledge in access-control, Authentication, Identity Management, and Security. Familiar with OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP, AD, Kerberos.
- Experienced with auto-scaling, performance testing, and capacity planning of large-scale distributed systems that are built on Event, Service-oriented, and Microservice based architecture.
- Good to have experience with Config Management and automation using Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or others.
