**Overview**

Support the business by providing prompt, accurate sales and distribution of financial information, to facilitate the assessment of sales performance and financial KPIs related to S2C cycle with high leadership across all stakeholders

**Responsibilities**
- Deep understating of Accounting Standards and treatments for all transactions related to S2C Safeguard company assets (inventories at DCs and receivables) and activities by maintaining a strong internal control environment and implementing efficient, well-monitored financial systems.
- Implement and sustain the Company S2C cycle with capitalizing on optimization opportunities within Pepsico standards and procedures
- Assist BU Controller in providing effective accounting support of business issues initiatives and reporting to CFO/Sector
- Support the business/management in monitoring key risks associated with the S2C cycle and providing practical solutions to mitigate these risks
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting of the 6Cs - Customer/Channel/CDA performance/SDV/brand and package
- Facilitate training all roll out of S2C related policies and procedures and best practice tolls to all
- DCs and conducting frequent risk assessments to evaluate processes efficiencies
- Responsible for maintenance of the accounts receivable module and S&D system including roll out.
- Leading and representing control function on S2C optimization/Digitization initiatives and cross-functional workshops
- Coaching commercial control team to raise the bar on talent
- Frequent field visits for all DCs within KSA and UAE to enhance team excellence and capabilities
- Partnering with sales, Go-To-Market and IT teams to ensure The Pepsico Way is implemented across all business practices
- Supporting Legal department in S2C contracts review and amendments as required
- Monitoring customers/employees legal cases and different S2C insurance requirements
- Monitoring DCs petty cash spend to be in-line with Pepsico policies
- Knowledge on ZATCA regulations and requirements related to S2C cycle
- Supporting Financial planning in forecasting the performance of Accounts Receivables throughout the fiscal year.

**Qualifications**
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with senior management.
- Strong field accounting work experience.
- Experience in a FMCG environment and Knowledge of IAS and US GAAP.
- Knowledge of ERP solution software preferably SAP.
- High on Initiative and Problem-Solving capabilities.
- Pro-active and result oriented.
