**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate and efficient orders from guests
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following company standards
- Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service procedures
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
