Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any related Engineering field.
- Min **10** years of related experience from the **precast manufacturing industry.**:

- Experience in **quality management.**:

- Proficiency with **precision measuring tools**.
- Strong knowledge of **calibration and ability to read blue prints**.
- Handle the **full spectrum of Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions.**:

- Assess, feedback and upgrade every single construction process and procedure to ensure that the internal quality controls are set and maintained.
- Conduct internal quality audit to ensure the company operation is in place.
- Conduct vendor audits to ensure they meet the company’s minimum quality requirement.
- Manage all quality related procedures and ensure proper implementation and conformity.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality Control Plan Initiate and drive quality improvement or engineering projects driven by customers input or feedback.
- Address to products and process non-conformances.
- Identify quality complaints, conduct investigation and analysis, resolve quality problems, followed up corrective and preventive action.
- Evaluate and develop improvement plans for inspection, sampling, system and work methods related to QC activities.
- Identify training plan and provide training to all QA/QC personnel where necessary.

**Salary**: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
